Directions

From the centre of Modbury head North on Brownstone Street (signposted to Dartmouth). Drive past Dark Lane on the left and then look out for concealed entrance on the right (just before the national speed limit signs). Drive down the (bumpy) single track, at the end you will approach a large house. Continue around the bend and you arrive at the Pound House. Park in the gravelled parking bay directly opposite or on the sloping drive directly outside
